School Leadership Support

Pitt County Schools DEEL Department support School Administrators through onboarding, training, and collaborative inquiry.  Our DEEL Team works with all Assistant Principals each month through the SL2 (Strategic Learning for School Leaders) AP Training Program and we also work with a specific cohort of experienced Assistant Principals in The Academy for Transformational School Leadership program. The Academy targets APs to support them in becoming a principal in 12-18 months.
